Upon receipt of your precise quotation request, we will prepare you and send a quotation, usually within 1-4 working days.

Upon your approval, 50% T/T prepayment is requested before productions begin and balance, before shipping against cargo receipt issued by shipping line.

Once production is completed, your order will be shipped via our standard Ground or Sea shipping, unless you specified otherwise. Standard production time is about 30 days; standard shipping time is another 30 days.

If you have a firm in-hand due date, be sure to make that clear upon placing your orders. We will try our best to work towards the committed date. However, we shall not be liable when circumstances beyond our control arise.

** Charges for transportation will vary if shipping is by any other modes and NOT our standard Ground or Sea.

*** Charges for logos/embroideries may differ according to size and complexity.

**** Proofs are prepared on all orders with the exception of Rush orders, Blank orders, or if the proof is specifically waived by the customer.
